Refund policy

While shopping at Phantasia Collectibles you may be eligible for a refund on products based on the following conditions:

• Refund is raised 30 days from the date of purchase. 
• Products are still in their original wrapped packages which is unopened.

Please send an email to phantasiacollectibles@gmail.com to begin the refund process with proof of purchase. If approved we will contact you on the shipping details to return the product (customer will be held responsible in shipping the product back).
